I was so disappointed in this story. For me, this series has just gone downhill after the first story. I didn’t care for the second story, but I continued to listen to the series simply to follow the friendship of the 3 roommates. I’m on chapter 21 and so far there is only a slight mention of Elias’ other 2 friends/former roommates. I miss their interactions and care for each other. I was looking forward to this story since Elias was such a good, caring friend in the previous stories.
I don’t feel any connection between the 2 MCs besides their sexual chemistry. I try to make sure I’m clear on the title details, and read several reviews before purchasing a story so I am not surprised by things that trigger me or things that I just don’t like to read.
The rest of this review could have some spoilers, but it includes some things in the story that would have kept me from purchasing it had I known before hand.
There is a Daddy/good boy kink, degradation, humiliation, being called a slut repeatedly, spanking, slapping, cheating and possibly more since I quit listening at chapter 21. When they break out the “safe word”, it’s a no for me. I will not be finishing this book.
