The first book was good, still some whining but at the end of the day it was a good solid book.
This hot garbage tanks the whole series, I will not be getting anymore of these books. it is genuinely infuriating how much this book 1, glazes, his parents non-stop almost every chapter, we get it they are bad ass shut up already.
and 2. the moral grand standing, how can you sympathize with literal rapist and murderers? and spend half the chapter..for every fight..literally every fight, trying to justify to himself that hes doing what needs to be done. “can I really attack humans?” “Can I take a life” bro get over yourself.
I have a genuine question for authors like this books, do you actually hate the main characters you create? Its a legit question.
