I got through first book despite the narration not being very good…with book 2 finishing would have required I be paid…ALOT. I found the characters unbelievable and thus I did not care what happened to them…The plot had holes and it seemed the purpose was to make the husband heroic…it was so Hokey it made me uncomfortable
