This story drew me in from the beginning with intriguing mysteries to be solved as these two mafia children are forced into an arranged marriage. It is obvious everything is not as it seems, and I was riveted waiting for all the puzzle pieces to click ino place and the secrets to be revealed. And wow were they doozies. There were aspects that weren’t exactly my tastes regarding activities behind closed doors so to speak, but the storyline itself was very compelling. And the love and passion that developed between the two was explosive, leading to a true love story even if the road started out bumpy. And Luca definitely fits the ‘I will burn the world down for her’ alpha mode once he falls. Cecily Foster and Vincent Skye were terrific with their narration.
