This 1.5 hour summary lasted 3.3 hours. The reason is that the CRE folks copied and pasted the Civil War words from all the other Civil War generals that they have summarized, into this book(let.) From the foibles of Burnside at Antietam to Lee’s decisions at Gettysburg…it’s all in there. OBTW, AP Hill was there, too! That said, there were several gems that were previously unknown to me….usually found where he saved somebody’s back side. Also, that Stonewall and AP Hill weren’t the best of friends. Cut it by 2/3 and it’s a good summary.
