If you’ve listened to books by Jake Bible before, how does this one compare?
I find most of Jake Bible’s books to be fairly entertaining, but not breathtakingly good. This book fit nicely in that category.
Have you listened to any of Andrew B. Wehrlen’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Solid performance with no distracting accents or mannerisms. I’d listen to more of his narration with no hesitation.
Was Outpost Hell worth the listening time?
It was OK, it seemed to drag a bit, but some plot twists help keep my interest to the end.
Any additional comments?
This book came off as an average science fiction adventure. Nothing really unusual. The plot took some turns and twists, but still kept to pretty standard stuff.
I found the mix of created slang and modern slang a bit off putting. I think “yo” will have vacated the vernacular this far in the future.
