The suggestions and advice are solid and mainstream prepping designed to introduce the reader to the concepts and pointing out that doing something is better than nothing. Excellent recommendations without being “over the top”.
The narrator was fine, but the recording quality was so tremendously poor that it cannot be overlooked. I deleted the download and downloaded on the highest setting, which improved the sound, but I still received a ton of popping sound and first words spoken by the narrator after pauses were garbled.
