Any additional comments?
I listened to the prequel and book one in this series so I was chomping at the bit to get my hands on book two. While it was definitely a continuation of book one, there is enough to the listen that you can start with this book and not miss much.

For me though, because I listened to book one, I expected the mystery to be a bit more challenging. I solved the mystery in the first chapter. That made for a bit of frustration when it took Pickett so long to find the whodunnit.

The narration was stellar, as expected. Since I knew where it was going, most of my enjoyment was in listening to the narrator bring the characters to life.

This was definitely a good listen, just not so much a mystery.
