I thought this story had a great plot and lots of promise. I loved the over the top possessive alpha. I just felt the dialogue didn’t move the plot along. There were a ton of repeated statements throughout the book. Just when I thought we’d established something it just kept repeating over and over. Not much growth. Not much of a character arc. I felt the FMC knew how she wanted to be treated and in the end she just caved instead of sticking to her guns. I know these people aren’t real, but I love to see an example of a woman bringing an alpha man to his knees for her. Showing how much he’s willing to compromise. He didn’t compromise at all. Got away with far too much.
