I thought this was going to be funny. It is not. It has witty elements and the juxtaposition of the story situations is bizarre and could be viewed as humorous, it’s not a funny tale. The characters are unique and distinct. They grow and the story has good twists, though they are subtle, mostly. I recommend it to both sci gi and GameLit readers. Two thumbs up
