My company is growing faster then we can keep ahold of it. And needed something to put the talent in the right seat and the right times. And this book did it. Not a dry read at all. If you have looked and read books like this before your gonna recognize the lay out, i suggest getting the hard copy to go with it. We are currently rolling out the the accountability chart and it working well. We are a company of 50 people and 4 offices and have a business that is not a household name.
