I have a really hard time finding books in obsessed with, especially in audiobook form where the extra layer of “performance” comes into play. I finally caved and tried this book because of the hype… and it is not misplaced. The story is interesting and so well written. It’s hilarious, sweet, and painfully realistic when it comes to human nature. And the performance… GOT. DAYUM! Seriously this was so entertaining to listen to. Jeff Hays does a STUPID GOOD job. Seriously. Can you win an Oscar for narrating an audio book? Cuz he should. But seriously, spend the credit. I promise it’s worth it!
