i listened to this book during a 900 mile drive and it kept my attention. The author examines the childhood of Mr. Shawcross, his marriages/affairs, the police investigation, the victims/survivors, and aftermath in excruciating detail. ***Very disturbing at times!*** The author uses multiple 1st hand testimonials and accounts.
