J. B. Turner’s Jon Reznick series excels at action and suspense. Hard Wired is Book 3 od what is a three novel series so far. Reznick continues to achieve the near impossible, but not without injury and near death. FBI Assistant Director Martha Meyerstein is again a primary character in this novel that is about Iran attempting to kill the entire Delta Force team (including Reznick) that entered Iran to assassinate a scientist years ago. Iran has the active support of some key employees of the CIA. As in the prior to novels narration by Jeffrey Kafer is outstanding.
These novels are not great literature, but they do keep the attention of the listener.
