From the very first book, I heard Carl’s voice and it immediately made me think of the character Flynn from Skylanders… and now that voice actor is his dad. Perfect fit!! Each book has me hanging on the back of my seat. Sometimes when it mentions a song in the story, I’ll put it on in the background to really set the scene.
