I wasn’t aware this story ended in a cliffhanger. I listened to the audiobook which Stefanie Kay did an excellent job narrating. But I’m highly disappointed the next book isn’t ready on audio. Regardless, I think the story was pretty good, at first it was a little unbearable because it was so obvious the main female character is brain wash but once she figures out that part it gets better. I will be continuing the series because I’m intrigued on how everything will unfold. The world the author created is fascinating.
