It’s alright, the writing is a bit simplistic and repeats itself occasionally, either the same words or the same actions, the real problem is the VAs. Why have a male and female VA but have them narrate separately? Especially since the accents the male VA uses for the characters is different than the ones the female VA uses for the same characters. The female VA is decent, a bit too over excited here and there but decent. The male VA however is… Off… Everything he says sounds like he’s saying with a cotton ball in his mouth. I think he was going for a “Grizzled soldier” style of speaking but he doesn’t quite accomplish it, so it ends up sounding like a teenager trying to emulate his Dads gravelly voice, and the accents he uses for the Elves makes them sound like they have down-syndrome… The world building, while a bit info dumpy here and there, was pretty solid, I was interested in the universe and the writing is good enough for me to sit through, that said I wouldn’t buy it unless it was heavily discounted or you had a token to burn.
