I like Kevin Pierce. He does a good job narrating. I couldn’t help thinking throughout that I was listening to a piece of self-indulgent juvenile fantasy though. The plot, the characters; they just weren’t that well developed. The story did give a more realistic perspective of some random suvivors perhaps, rather than some super-prepper suvivor-types, so I’ll give it that. I just found myself struggling to identify with the characters or really get into the story.
