Missing chapters in Book 8.

I am currently on Book 10 in The Borrowed World series and really enjoy Franklin Horton’s writing style and the series. My download of Books 7-9 was missing at least two chapters in Book 8 where the Mad Mick character was introduced, another whole series is based on the character. I spent 45+ minutes on the phone with Audible customer service doing the typical troubleshooting (update the app, delete and re-download the book, then delete and re-download the app and book) without benefit. Customer Service noted other clients had complained of missing chapters too. The case was the “escalated” to a manager and a couple of days later I received an email from Mariano with Audible noting they determined the book was complete. It was an unfortunate waste of my time contacting Audible customer service, I think they should have given me a free download for the stand-alone version of Book 8. Again, I really enjoy this series, but beware if you purchase this boxed set from Audible as it may be incomplete.
