Kevin Pierce is a wonderful narrator. I’ve listened to him read me a novel or 2 in the past. this story in no way is a comedy , however at times the inflections and tone if voice he uses made me actually lol. Kevin Pierce’s voice is strong, smooth and convincing.

M. Phelps always keeps to the facts while making you feel you are physically in the plot. Doesn’t get bogged down with irrelevant minutiae that many crime authors often do. in this book Phelps tells the story leading up to the double murder and life for the perpetrators the years following. up to their arrests.

This is an easy listen, you can relax while keeping the characters straight.
