I have to say, I wasn’t expecting much from this. I was very, very wrong. It’s been a week and I’m already 80% done with book three. This novel is an inescapable pit of laughter, gore, excellent worldbuilding, and interesting, complex characters. Once you start listening, you’ll be hard pressed to stop. Enter the dungeon at the risk of a nonexistent sleep schedule and loss of free time for the foreseeable future! 10/10!
Also, as other reviewers pointed out, Jeff Hays’ Carl voice does sound like Kronk. It’s pretty great.
