This was my second time going through this whole trilogy. Audible recommended World Tree Online and after reading the premise, I decided to get it. Whatever cosmic influences that brought together this world from E.A. Hooper’s mind, and the talented voice actors who brought his characters to life, in the most amazing ways, must’ve been feeding Hooper’s muse paradisial foods on silver platters. Too many times I’ve listened to books and will get to a point where it’s just fluff and filler, not so with this trilogy! Every word and chapter mattered and were integral to the story. If this is Hooper’s first go at it, he knocked it out of the park! He gives us such a wonderful character in Vincent, and all the side characters you grow to like, love or at the very least appreciate. And our Bad guy is perfectly despicable! And our other blame ladened “bad guy” is complicated but intriguing and redeemable. Our heroines are a range of tough, sure and empathetic. I really enjoyed this series so much! Whatever Hooper is working on next, I can’t wait to read!
