Not as good as the first, but still pretty dang good.

Jeff Hays does a great job at narrating. He really brings it all to life! I like the story, but it felt more like this book’s purpose was to lay groundwork for the next volumes. The story was still interesting, but I don’t think the book itself is necessarily satisfying. But then again, it makes me want to read more, so if that’s the purpose then it achieved it.
