Story had potential but I am not buying anything they characters say or do- it is all just terrible acting in a high school production of a mafia soap opera. The author made a check list of popular catch phrases, spicy scenes, tropes and character types and randomly selected items from each category and dropped them on the page even if they didn’t make sense or flow. Like a copy and paste from 100 other better writer books with the words scrambles a little and is obvious imposter.
