I wouldn’t call this really a prepper story. Yes, Rick does prep here and there but he is not a hardcore prepper. He’s smart enough tho to have water, and beans etc. and kind of fell into a bugout location.
That said, I loved this story! All the relationships were enjoyable. I also really enjoyed the characters. They were all developed very nicely.
My favorite of all of course was opus. I believe he stole the show in the book.
This was a short read and Very enjoyable. I would recommend it, for me it had everything from a little bit of properness, great character, and an amazing dog all wrapped up in a great Book.
As always, Kevin P did a great jobs the narrator.
