I was already a Matt Dinniman fan from Dungeon crawler carl, and I was hesitant to try other works because it’s not my favorite dynamite wielding lunatic and his princess cat. and this book is a very different cast, a very different story. but Matt’s writing is superb as always. I was hooked early on and the story just doesn’t let up. loved the ending, it was very satisfying. if you’re feeling the need for more of Matt’s brain, this is absolutely your next stop
