This is a good post-apocalyptic book, that follows the Shepard following a solar flare that disrupts all life on earth. With life changed forever, the family tries to re-unite, the problem being, Clayton Shepard is 249 miles above Earth when the lights go out!!
This is a good book and shows the fight on earth and also the trial of returning from space alone. The book does end unresolved, but as this is a series that is to be expected.
Kevin Pierce delivers a very good performance, which I have come to expect having listened to a few of his books and he does not disappoint here.
