Elisa Sax does it again in her 3rd book in the 5 wishes series. Marie is a PhD student who is at an all time low after getting kicked out of school. She decides she is going to do everything the opposite of her life and gets “drunk” at the bar after 1 drink and meets Jarrod.
Jarrod himself is at a crossroads in his life and needs to get married to maintain his wealth and business. This is where the story and humor begins. Yes the book is far fetched but it’s a cute, fun read that I highly recommend.
Elisa does a great job with this story and has a great sense of humor. Angie Hickman is a great narrator. She portrays emotions and I would listen to her books anytime.
