This series is absolutely the very best! Sweet quirky heroines, Marie in Hot Wired, and gorgeous sweet men, Jared, who see past the unusually heroine and love them because of it. The men in this series are nonjudgmental and recognize how incredibly wonderful the women truly are. Add in fantastic dialogue that has you laughing out loud and this is a romance you want to listen to over and over!
Marie is just 21 and a doctoral candidate who was thrown out of her program accused of cheating, which of course she didn’t. Deciding to change her life she decides to go to a bar and has 1/2 tequila shot and meets Jared….so sweet and immediate attraction. I won’t go into the plot, but Jared turns out to be wonderful and in a spot himself and they decide to help each other out… you’ll love how we get to the ending, so happy!
These books have hot scenes but they are also sweet and tender…you get the best of everything with these books!
The narrator is absolutely perfect..the voice is perfect for Marie, the male voices aren’t forced and perfect for Jared. I love the emotion, the timing and the cadence….FANTASTIC,,
