Short but sweet holiday story.

I listened to this book while in the car – stuck in the middle seat of the back seat of a medium sized car. We were packed "cheek-to-cheek" and this book my mind totally off of my discomfort. I love listening to Joel Leslie perform a book, although in this one I had to smile at his pronunciation of aluminum.

The story was very good; I’d never read or listened to a Festivus story before and I enjoyed the way it played out. I never judge a short story the same way I would a novel; there’s just not a lot of room for character development. While things progressed rather quickly between Tony and Eddie, I love how they interacted with each other and didn’t really jump right into sex with each other.

This was just perfect for me to listen to during an uncomfortable ride.
