So Much More Than I Was Expecting!

I voluntarily reviewed the Audible Version of this book.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this book! The narrator was awesome – he injected such emotion and depth to the various characters and did an excellent job infusing each with a unique voice and personality. The story was different from the other (very many) Billionaire Romances I’ve read – this one was international and featured not only an actor, but an interracial relationship. I loved how intelligent and independent the female lead was, she really was the perfect counterpart for the male lead so while it was no surprise when they actually fell for each other, it was such a fun ride to HEA. The secondary characters were excellent as well and I really enjoyed that there was attention given to friendships and other relationships throughout the book and not just the romance. I will definitely be reading more from Lena Skye and I look forward to listening to more books narrated by Connor Brown.
