I first went into this series with low expectations but was blown away by the deep, complex world, multidimensional characters, and organic found family plot. It’s one of the rare multi-POV novels where you’ll love each POV equally. I wish we had ten more of these. I’d follow Siel and Pyhk through the rest of their lives.
