This book is totally worth the hype! You absolutely need to read it now — it’s as wild and crazy as everyone says. It’s been ages since I finished a book, as I often start one, enjoy it, but then forget to return because it doesn’t keep me on my toes or offer enough entertainment. But let me tell you, this book is different — it’s packed with excitement, and the audiobook is one of my all-time favorites. It’s possibly moved into my top one or two favorite books ever. When a friend first described it to me, I thought she was joking. I looked at her funny, thinking I’d never be interested. But I gave it a shot, and I was hooked instantly! The concept is completely original. I love the nerdy references, the pop culture nods, and even the creepy AI foot fetish. Princess Doughnut and Carl are absolutely hilarious! I can’t believe I hadn’t read this before, and I don’t know if it’s the algorithm, but this book needs way more hype. I didn’t even check how much time was left — I just pressed play and got completely sucked in, able to do other things while listening. It’s a phenomenal adventure — highly, highly recommend! There’s some foul language, so maybe not middle schoolers, but definitely suitable for high school students and older, and perfect for any adult. What a fun, thrilling ride — I am downloading th next one now!
