This is not the first time I have read a novel in epistolary format. But this is by far the best. The letters do resemble pieces of a puzzle that slowly unveils and reveals itself toward the last part of the book. The book made me feel a lot of things, from joy to heartbreak, from disgust to anxiety, from hopelessness to triumph. This is an astounding achievement for first-time writer, Virginia Evans, and deserves a warm applause. Kudos, too, to the audiobook production. It is simply a fantastic experience.
