The main character just gave birth to twins via C-section and was only 5 weeks postpartum with an obgyn baby daddy and not only did they have sex, but unprotected sex, which is what got her pregnant the first time without meaning to. It was a good story until then, but then I just got the ick. Narrators were good tho.
