I love the author. Really felt like a pretty interesting premise. The ending did tie everything together and helped drag the rest of the story up a notch
I feel like there were a lot of great ideas and opportunities with the plot to really dive deep on some fascinating subjects: AI, social media, our society’s push toward siloing off your perspective. These were all there in a surface level, but the felt more like window dressing and a missed opportunity.
It is a solid yarn, great voice work just don’t expect anything more than a popcorn flick level of engagement. Sorry Matt!
