The Sword of Kaigen will go down in my personal history as one of the greatest books over ever read. This story is about people, how we process love, grief, and our ability to move forward despite what has befallen our journey thus far. Wang is such a beautiful writer of people. Her ability to develop character in a short timespan is legendary and something to be fully appreciated. I am in awe.
