I’m not saying that the advice in this book is the 100% best that I’ve read. Truth is, that’s subjective. What made this book great is that it provided a clear framework — what the author calls the EOS — on how to get done whatever it is you’re trying to get done as a company; and it includes how to go from zero to EOS with all the substeps, resources and materials, and requirements along the way. You just have to fill in the blanks and be willing as an organization to do the work. I dig it and I’m looking forward to trying to implement this at our company.
