I really wanted to like this book more.. I really did! And if you cut about 75% of the sex scene descriptions down it would be a great book. I read quite a few smut books in my car, at the gym, sometimes even at work as I’m getting the day started; but this one was so gratuitous I felt awkward reading it anywhere.. as a result it took me much longer to finish than I normally would have. Even after I bumped the speed up to 1.5x speed when I was 1/2 way done with the book (and still had 12 hours left on it) it got to the point where the last few chapters I was skipping the sex scenes just to finish the book.
