This is fairly fast paced. No dull moment. The banter is excellent. Since this book was an audiobook rather than a read, it was hard to keep track of all the characters. Particularly the ‘wing’, but honestly you know who is who by personality. The side characters are great. The story and how it unfolds was also paced well. All of it was great. This is a strong FMC. She has faults but she’s not the typical whinny FMC. She may come off weak at the start because of what she’s just endured but she reveals who she is slowly. I can’t wait for the next book.
