I am extremely disappointed in this book. the description mentioned it would be good for people who like 1% lifesteal. The book was barely good enough for me to be interested in finishing this book, but not to continue the series. This book does NOT come anywhere close to being comparable to 1% lifesteal. it has way too many “close calls” that not only should be impossible to get through, but the ways he does get through them, are from the enemy not acting as they normally would. as well as time where he “is almost empty” then uses a super mana intensive skill several times in a row. I would not have gotten this book if I knew how it was written. Narrator did good though.
