I just completed book #3 of the 4 book series, I have enjoyed them enough that i bought 3 and will purchase the 4th book.
The events seem really accelerated but other than that, I have enjoyed the story.
The narrator is not my favorite but he’s ok.
If you like this subject matter, I think you’ll enjoy these books.
My absolute favorite on the topic, the one that got me hooked was, One Second After (definitely try that one also).
