What made the experience of listening to Outpost Hell the most enjoyable?
The story’s non-stop action was it’s most entertaining aspect. The characters were consistent (easy to do with soldiers) and the plot was easy to follow.
What other book might you compare Outpost Hell to and why?
I could compare the action to “All You Need Is Kill”, the manga that was made into the Tom Cruise movie “Edge of Tomorrow”.
What about Andrew B. Wehrlen’s performance did you like?
I was surprised that Andrew Wehrlen was a narrator. He has written good novels. Usually authors will try reading there own works. He does a good job reading. His range of expression could be wider, but he put emphasis into the action and was easy to understand. Good job.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No extreme reactions. This is a pop corn read. Entertainment you munch through to the end.
