Just finished The Last Morning by Camden Baird and I’d give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ (4.5 stars).
This book had me completely hooked from the beginning. I honestly could not stop reading because every chapter kept pulling me deeper into the story. The pacing, suspense, and twists were spot on, and just when I thought I knew where things were going, another turn would hit.
One thing I do wish is that Allen would’ve gotten caught with something more because I kept waiting for that bigger payoff. Even with that, the tension throughout the book kept me invested the whole time.
It may not be my all-time favorite thriller, but it was still such a fun and addictive read. If you enjoy twisty stories that keep your brain spinning and make it impossible to put the book down, this one is definitely worth checking out.
