If you must finish this series catch this on an 80% off sale. I think this book single-handedly kills series all together. I think the author has talent but he doesn’t know what to do with it. he wrote some very interesting characters but he didn’t really do anything with them in this last book. The mc’s personality doesn’t have too much growth. If anything in the first book he was interesting. the second book he was meh and the third book he was sort of unbearable. and it’s frustrating because there’s already enough slop in these genre, fantasy and progression stories. somewhat of a spoiler but not. In the third book the plot goes in a drastically whole different direction That in my opinion was not eat it at all. and if you thought the main character was OP already, he’s going to become that overused trope OP
