I loved this funny installment in the “Five Wishes” series. The whole premise of the story is highly improbable, but the romance that develops between the two main characters is sweet, and the verbal exchanges and mental dialogue are frequently hilarious. There are some serious moments as the two get to know each other and start expressing their feelings, and a misunderstanding adds drama, but the ending is perfect. I definitely recommend this audiobook. The narration by Angie Hickman is wonderful. She i great at voicing Marie’s sometimes crazy thoughts and equally good at showing Jared’s gentleness and sincerity. So good and funny – I will definitely be listening to this one again!
