The schtick was haphazard

Review from Inked in Ashes →

The prologue and first chapter were great, laying out a kingdom lost and a princess hidden in a fairytale book (Cinderella). Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. Elements of the fairy tale were thrown down pellmell amid one note characters. The villains are pure evil. The love interest is smitten from the start and perfectly..

Often I like this writer

Review from Inked in Ashes →

Well, i definitely didn’t like the narrator. I did not like the way that she spoke There were weird pauses at times where it wasn’t called for it like in the middle of a sentence. I almost felt like she was reading to elementary schoolers. I thought initially that’s why I disliked the book, but..

Review from The Intruder →

I read the first two in this series and loved them. This one however, I did not enjoy. It was so repetitive and literally just turned into revenge porn. We get the point. You want to torture her. It just goes on and on so much though that it becomes pointless. Found myself skipping multiple..

Review from Scar →

My first 🎧book by this author and it could’ve been great with the right narrators and if it was duet style narration. Too long, kinda repetitive and the narration just ruined the listening 🎧experience for me. It does end with a HEA.Is it worth a credit? It’s a NO for me.

Awful

Review from The Influencer →

It had so much potential but the writing was just terrible. Very repetitive and contradicting. Way too far fetched. Zero character development. It was honestly the worst book I read in a long time, not sure why it’s gotten so much hype lately. Don’t waste your time.

Convoluted & Nonsensical

Review from A Captive Situation →

This book was all over the place, didn’t flow and was disconnected. The book started with the main female character acting as a lunatic and was so defined as one by the main male character which she loved. And, that’s a great summary for this non-story…lunacy. As much as I’ve enjoyed this author’s books in..

Nada

Review from The Intruder →

Too heavy for me. Loved the influencer and the imposter but this one too dark for me. Also there has to be a closer for this character .
