I like this kind of book. A little of everything. Drama, action, comedy, slow romance and a female in the lead role. Kicking butt and being kind of shy at the same time. interesting mix.

Seems like it has a lot of similarities to ACOTAR and TOG .. not very original… the narrators are great though!
Accidentally skipped book 2 and only realized halfway through. At this point I was bored with their romance so I won’t go back. I love pirate stories and a woman pirate especially – but why is The Queen of Pirates still not a captain by the end of book 3 (4th in the series)?
