This was a wonderful dark romance that has a FMC that needs help in her own way and a morally gray MMC that stalks and kills for the woman he loves.

I usually don’t like dual narration books but this was really good. I can’t wait for book two to come out.

I really enjoyed this book. The magic the world building the characters in their relationship. We’re all done really well. The pacing was good. It was an all around good book.

Such a great series! Honestly I really enjoyed the time I spent listening to this book! The characters are so fun and interacting… awesome swoon!

The world building is a slight deviation from common dragon romance stories. However, the FMC carries the typical ‘stubborn for the story’s sake’ approach which is far less believable and endearing. The female narrator did an excellent job. That said, any fantasy romance read in duet narration is a must-listen in my book. I’ll continue..
