Cute story of a small town girl, trying to figure it all out. The revenge we seek sometimes, is simply justice for the good guys. I love the dual-narration, especially from the female characters! Amy has such a wonderful voice, and you can tell how much time was spent fine-tuning each character.

Wow what a book, I laughed and was sad at times please read if you want all the feels and I can’t also recommend the audiobook the narrators are so good.
I loved that even though it was a single narrator, they didn’t try to overdo their voice when they narrated other characters. just enough to tell a difference! the plot grips you from the beginning, and I can’t wait to get into the second book!!
It’s so fun to have a heroine who is working so hard to overcome shyness. It’s delightful.
I love this story of Haden and Cali . There were twists that I loved and just like book one of this duet it has an excellent plot. Jaden did any and everything to keep her safe! Happy reading!

I love every one of the Magiford stories! While Jade & Considine’s books aren’t my top favorites, the ending to Book 2 is one of the most fun. The narrators did a great job with the narration & characters’ voices. ***Content: Nothing more than kissing. ~PG
I love the story and depth of characters by the author, Natalie Wright, coupled with the amazing characterization and personalities captured by the narrator, Amelia Hugh. What a great duo and hope to hear more from both!
